Our state-of-the-science facility in Voca, Texas is the largest single-line proppant plant in Texas. Located on 1,000 acres, this plant was designed to meet our customers' needs in this demanding market for oil and gas. Seven truck-loading bays, each with its own scale, reduce waiting time. An advanced screening process and a computerized particle analyzer assure each shipment that leaves the plant meets API quality specs, and a live web-cam to reduce truck waiting time all result in an efficient loading process designed to get your product on its way.
Adhering to a higher standard of communication, customers can track shipments through a dedicated Cadre Customer Portal. Our experienced, dedicated customer service team is available to handle inquiries around the clock.
Our customer-focused facility was further enhanced by the opening of the first Proppant-on-Demand System, or PoDS, in December of 2012. The PoDS allows the delivery, by truck, of 20 million pounds of proppant directly from the plant-site to the well-site in the Permian Basin or Eagle Ford Shale in 24 hours. The system was designed to reduce costs associated with scheduling, transportation and storage of the large volumes of proppant required by today's frac jobs.
