From an economic perspective, construction of the Voca, Texas, facility, completed in early 2011, added some 80 new jobs and approximately $6.6 million to the local economy.

When fully operational, the facility will employ 65 people and create 45 to 50 indirect jobs in such areas as trucking, rail services, fuel and parts suppliers, maintenance operators, and drilling and blasting companies, among others.

We estimate that the plant will contribute more than $250,000 in ad valorem taxes that benefit Brady ISD, the Hospital District and other county programs. We are excited about living and working here and being a contributing member of the business community.
