Community
At Cadre Proppants, we take our responsibility to be a good neighbor very seriously; after all, we live here too. This means being a good employer, operating safely with respect for the environment, and taking an active role in community activities. While we're relatively new to town, we already feel like an integral part of the Brady community.

Considerate Neighbor
We designed the plant to minimize traffic on country roads. Sand trucks and other equipment travel less than a half-mile on Country Rd. 220 and don't pass any residences.
While some alarms are required by regulators to protect the health and safety of employees, our goal is to minimize noise at the plant, particularly at night. We will not blast then or on holidays. And we will let you know when we will be blasting - check here for the schedule.
